TV freeze on logo, only rebooting, fix: _1 Go on https://www.hisense-usa.com/support/firmware-download _2 Enter your bricked TV serial number _3 then you acceed to https://www.hisense-usa.com/support/55a6g-55-4k-uhd-hisense-android-smart-tv-2021 with the software download link _4 Then download this software (zip file). _5 Unzip it to thr root of a usb drive. _6 Pull out the AC power and plug the usb drive to the usb2.0 port of the mainboard. _7 Hold down on the remote control the power button and plug the power. _8 you can then release as soon as the update menu appears and wait patiently for the update bar to finally display 100% _9 Done, that worked for me
